Making Flock

I have just completed an experiment and I am very please with the result. I have just made a batch of flock\ground cover using saw dust and food colouring. The next few photos will show the process.

Normal saw dust.

A bottle of green food colouring.

I dropped 4 teaspoons of colouring in a glass bowl and then added the about 40 grams saw dust.This mixture is stirred until desired effect is obtained.

You then set it aside to dry, when dry it might be a bit lighter in colour.
